Michael Brennan is a Director and an Elder of Good Better Best Men, a South Australian community organisation dedicated to building intergenerational men’s circles and programs that foster connection, leadership, and cultural change.
Based in Adelaide, Michael brings a diverse professional background that spans counselling, suicide prevention, men’s personal development, and over two decades in engineering consulting and management. His work weaves together practical experience with a deep understanding of trauma- and compassion-informed practice.
Michael is driven by a belief that every man holds the capacity to find his own way forward when met with genuine listening, honesty, and support. His personal style is grounded, warm, and curious — engaging men to look inward, connect outward, and grow together in community.
