Tynan Narywonczyk
Tynan is a leading force for change in mental health and suicide prevention, whose 11-year professional career is uniquely informed and energised by his own lived experience. With a Master of Social Work, Tynan operates at the powerful intersection of clinical knowledge, systems change, and personal understanding. This authentic approach allows him to lead genuinely impactful conversations that bridge worlds from corporate boardrooms and Primary Health Networks (PHNs) to grassroots communities and individuals navigating their own complexities of lived experience.
Tynan has actively driven change, successfully pushing for the mandatory inclusion and embedding of lived and living experience perspectives within PHNs. He has also championed the growth and development of men's lived experience networks, co-chairing a national men's collective and hosting a podcast focused on vulnerability and strength. A father and a dedicated ultramarathon runner, Tynan brings profound authenticity to every interaction. He embraces challenge both on the trails and in his work, driven by the belief that imposter syndrome is a superpower, a continuous source of humility that ensures he never stops learning.
