Philip Worrad National Men's Health Gathering 2025

Philip Worrad

Philip Worrad has worked for eight years as a Coordinator with the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) in the Western NSW Local Health District. With qualifications and experience in education, counselling, and alcohol and other drugs, Phil works to deliver mental health information, training, and resources to rural communities across the NSW Central West, while also connecting individuals in need of professional services to local services. He has supported communities through the impacts of natural disasters and local crises, and more recently, has focused on engaging men to strengthen mental health and resilience. Recognised for his work across diverse community settings, Phil distils mental health knowledge into clear, meaningful support for individuals and groups, reducing stigma, and improving pathways to care for people in rural regions.
