Melissa Hadley Barrett

Melissa Hadley Barrett is a Nurse Practitioner, Sexologist, and Director of Restorative Health Clinic in Western Australia, where she leads a team providing face-to-face care, and of Make Hard Easy, an online men’s health clinic delivering evidence-based telehealth worldwide. With more than 20 years’ experience, she specialises in men’s sexual health, particularly recovery after prostate cancer and pelvic surgery. Melissa is a sought-after public speaker and educator, regularly presenting to health professionals, researchers, and community groups on men’s sexual health, intimacy, and survivorship. She has developed accessible online programs for men and their partners covering prostate cancer rehabilitation, Peyronie’s disease, and erectile dysfunction. Melissa is a member of the Movember Sexual Health and Wellbeing Advisory Group and the BEAT Bladder Cancer Health Advisory Team, and is the host of The Penis Project podcast, an international platform breaking down stigma and sharing lived experiences. Her passion is improving access to care for people in rural and remote areas. Melissa’s dual qualifications allow her to treat both the physical and psychological aspects of sexual health, helping men and their partners restore confidence, intimacy, and quality of life.
