Sarah Manton
Sarah Manton is the founder and senior clinical practitioner at Australia’s first natural health care practice for men, The Health Mechanic. She is also a professional speaker who educates and advocates on men’s health topics around the country.
Sarah created The Health Mechanic because she saw too many men struggling in silence- ignoring symptoms, not knowing where to turn for support or feeling let down by practitioners that didn't provide the specific patient care that men need and deserve. Her clinical practice supports the health of men with evidence-based nutritional and herbal therapeutics, in combination with lifestyle support and advanced pathology testing for both preventative care and disease management. The mission of The Health Mechanic is to provide their male patients and audience with straight-up advice and practical tools, delivered in a way that is tailored to men, in order to enable and empower them to make informed and long-term health and lifestyle changes.
Sarah holds 2 science degrees and has more than 2 decades of experience in the health industry under her belt. In addition to her extensive academic achievements, Sarah was runner-up Ms Fitness Australia, and danced with the Queensland Ballet. She is also an accomplished competitive athlete in both Muay Thai and Crossfit. Sarah founded Australia’s first paleo food truck and a nut-free healthy snack program for schools. Sarah has spent a lifetime prioritising health and is now solely committed to improving the health of Australia men through private practice and educational presentations.
