Michelle King-Okoye
Dr Michelle King-Okoye is an Academic Researcher at the University of South Australia. Michelle has clinical experience in critical care, cancer care, emergency care and cardiac postoperative care. Her research interests are focused on marginalization and health, digitalization in healthcare, health inequalities and health and illness experiences. Michelle completed her PhD at the University of Surrey and previously worked at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago, the University of Edinburgh and NHS Scotland, United Kingdom. Michelle is passionate about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion projects in healthcare, academia, and research. She is a committee member of the International Collaboration for Community Health Nursing Research.
