Simon Santosha

Simon Santosha is the Managing Director of Men & Family Counselling and Consultancy on the Gold Coast. He is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and an experienced clinical counsellor. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Simon has worked with children, young people, men, women and families facing complex challenges such as trauma, mental health issues and family relationship difficulties. He specialises in supporting men and families through relationship conflict, separation, divorce and co-parenting. Simon has completed extensive training in attachment, trauma and relational neuroscience, integrating these approaches into his therapeutic practice and training programs for family relationship and mental health practitioners, educators and organisational leaders. He has contributed his expertise to various advisory boards focused on improving men’s mental health and family relationships. His work has been pivotal in developing best- practice strategies for engaging men and fathers across Australia. Drawing on his broad experiences working with individuals, communities, and organisations, Simon’s passion for improving men’s mental health and family relationships makes him a dynamic and engaging speaker and facilitator. He delivers professional development programs and training to a diverse range of organisations, including government and non-government agencies, private sector, community welfare agencies, schools and communities throughout Australia on men and family relationship issues.
