John Rich
John is the chair of Men’s Health and Wellbeing WA the peak body for men’s health in WA.
John has had 15 years’ experience in the social services sector including counselling and group work in drug and alcohol (Holyoake), domestic violence survivors and perpetrators (Relationships Australia), Family Mental Health (Relationships Australia), Aboriginal emotional wellbeing in Wiluna (Nganganawilli Aboriginal Health Services), CEO of Community Centre Ottey, re-entry and parenting men’s groups and counselling in Perth prisons (Centrecare and Wungening), and Lifeline (volunteer).
John has also had 30 years’ experience in the chemical process industries, environmental management, business and project development, project and engineering management, contracting, consulting, and management systems with companies including Worley Parson, Clough Engineering, Thiess, John Holland, Cleanaway, BHP Engineering, and URS.
